A Six-Month Study Plan for SSC Exams
URS Education Editorial · 15 September 2026 · 7 min read
Split preparation into foundation, practice and revision phases — with weekly targets you can track.
Months one and two are for foundations: cover every topic in quantitative aptitude and reasoning once, and build a daily habit of reading for English and general awareness.
Months three and four shift to practice: sectional tests every day and one full mock every week. Keep an error log and revisit it each Sunday.
Months five and six are for revision and speed. Increase full mocks to three a week and spend more time analysing them than taking them.
Check the official notification for the current pattern and syllabus before you start, as these can change between cycles.
